Shirodhara: a steady, rhythmic pouring of oil on the forehead. This treatment induces a deeply relaxing and blissful state of consciousness which can help relieve pain, eliminate anxiety and fear, cure migraines and headaches, and even stop hair loss and strengthen hair growth. Nasya karma: nasal medication which removes toxins through nose and mouth. Highly effective in curing a number of diseases pertaining to the head, if it is performed systematically. It is a wonderful treatment for those who are subjected to environmental irritants, pollutants and excess sensory stimulation, as well as those who experience chronic allergies, sinusitis, headaches, asthma, and eye strain.

Karna Purna: Several drops of warmed oil are applied to each ear. Common benefits are a reduction of ringing in the ears (tinnitus), insomnia, restlessness, nervousness, vertigo.

Shiro abhyanga: Head, neck and shoulder relaxation and release treatment. This treatment relieves insomnia, eases neck/shoulder pain, relieves headaches and migraine, removes dandruff, and stops premature greying, hair loss, dry scalp and itching.

Kati Vasti: Medicated oil treatment for lower back. This is a special treatment in which warm medicated oil is applied to the lower end of the vertebral region, where it is left for a period of time. This treatment is effective in treating lower back pain, sciatica, slipped disc and neurological diseases of lower back and lower limb. It also relieves pain in the sciatica and inter-vertebral disc prolepses, relieves numbness, and stimulates and nourishes nerves.

Netra Vasti: Bathing the eyes with clarified butter. Cleans the dust, dirt, and other substances that get trapped in the eyes The treatment has a directly nourishing effect on the optic nerve and the nervous system. It is used for many eye complaints and other medical, therapeutic, and aesthetic benefits. Best for treating dryness, irritation and tired eyes (computers). Not recommended for persons with cataracts or glaucoma.

Kiri (Pinda Sveda): Vigorous massage using a cloth bag full of mixed herbs and a large amount of warm oil to deeply mobilize the muscles and ligaments. Great for many conditions including: pain relief, muscle soreness, skin inflammation, edema, arthritis. Good for athletes!

Pizichil: medicated and warmed Ayurvedic oil is continuously poured over the body while the practitioner rubs and stimulates the skin using hands and special cotton cloths. This is a highly rejuvenating treatment that enhances muscular tone and retunes the entire nervous system.
